Niki C's Saint Bernards.
TRANSCRIPT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAILS MAY 2018:
Niki C: Hi. I have read through your buying guide, but I still am questioning which one to buy. I have two St. Bernard’s, 155 pounds (Oliver) and 170 pounds (Huckleberry) respectively. Oliver is actually harder to walk than Huckleberry. He is a puller and at 8 years old he has a bad back, as do I.
Walk Your Dog With Love Service Dog: I definitely recommend the BroadBand harness for your St. Bernards. It is 1.5 inches wide versus the 1 inch of our other harnesses. It is wider material for your BIG boys. The BroadBand comes in two sizes, 80-160 lbs and 110-250 lbs.
Niki: That was so helpful, thank you. So, I think I need the biggest Broadband ones you make. Oliver is 155 pounds, 8 years old and his girth is 40”. Huckleberry is 170 pounds, 5 years old and 42.5”.
Service Dog: I recommend the 80-160 lb size for sure for Oliver. You can try the 110-250 lb on Huckleberry
Niki: This is Oliver in the 80-160 lb (green label) BroadBand and Huckleberry in a 110-250 lb (black label) BroadBand
My dogs love it! And so do I! Thank you so much.
